On day 7 of New York Fashion Week, I attended yet another showcase; a presentation by the design Clover Canyon and the pieces were very unique. This collection was denotable of a 70s flair with a modernized twist. Garments with vivid and dynamic prints that are originally patternized, pleasantly combining textures and transitioned seamlessly between fabrics. That’s twice the texture. The clothes also had a consistency in volume with skinny and soft silhouettes making the shape of each dress more streamlined. I enjoyed some pieces that were enveloped in tonal and textural layers and the use of accessorizing fur scarves for a coastal edge. The collection reflected an eclectic and jubilant sense of style and coolness.
