Happy Wednesday everyone! I hope everyone is staying cool (NYC) in the heat we are having. I am greatly looking forward to the fall. I am absolutely not a summer person; I can mildy tolerate it but dislike it immensely.
Thankfully, it was not overbearly hot on a day like this one to wear pants and a double layering of tops. I wore one of my favorite tops; Joyce Leslie sheer tribal crop top layered with a Cotton Express peaked shoulder button down with pleated panels. I, then paired the layers with my Foxy Lady high waist ripped jeans. Starting with a bold palette of correlating textures and prints, I used the button down shirt to create a hint of luxe element in the look. Finally, there is nothing better than a good ol’ pair of nude Bakers wedges to wear to just soften and complete the ensemble. The crop top had twice the texture with a play on mesh and prints.
We can’t forget the accessories! A printed Guess tote bag, Avon Goldtone watch and Michael Kors sunglasses and a bold, bright hot pink lipstick for a splash of color. BAM! Thank you for reading and happy styling!
