On Friday, March 28th, Toshi’s Living Room hosted a “Girls Night Out” for the NYC Fashion Blogger Meetup Group sponsored by JustFab. It was a great opportunity to chill and mingle with bloggers of the group whether old or new faces. It was my first time at Toshi’s Living Room. The venue looked pristine and immaculate. Paving up the way to the second floor, the stairwell spiraled around a massive fish tank. It was a very nice venue; had a very relaxed and laid back ambiance.
We also welcomed a new member of the group. Carmelo, the only male member in the group is a photographer, blogger and fashion designer.
During the event, there were giveaways, prizes and luscious goodie bags from JustFab. The first challenge was strutting your best runway model walk. Only two bloggers strut their thang and the rest of us just sat our behind in coherent bliss. I regret not walking because, not only did the two bloggers received prizes for their challenge, they won prizes from the raffles! I think I would have won something if I had walked. Something was certainly fishy…rigged perhaps. lol

I originally was supposed to attend another event shortly during the ongoing of “Girls Night Out” but I was having so much with the girls and a guy, that I didn’t want to leave. So I stayed for the whole during of our event. I had a blast. While our mingle time was coming to a close, we took our Justfab goodie bags and took our last few pictures before the night ended.
