NYFW Recap: NOLCHA Fashion Week

During New York Fashion Week, once again, NOLCHA Fashion Week showcased a great collective set of runway shows. I attended on the first day, for the second show in West Chelsea. In the last NOLCHA show, there were three designers’ collections I was very drawn to. This time, I had a bit of a trouble of deciding whose designers’ collection I liked the most. In each collection, there was several garments that I liked very much.

Rinat Brodach

Sleek and edgy asymmetrical basics with structured draping gave an instant sophistication, strength with dark and mysterious elegance.

Mariana Valentina

The year of the “bare”. Flowing silhouettes, wholesome sheer accents and embroidery details gives a subtle shine.

Schuyler4

Clean, tailored and suited versatility. Redefined and transition the traditional suit with mixtures casual separates and bold prints.

Sofia Arana

Streamlined silhouettes in pretty subdued hues, subtle cutouts, midi skirts and modern patterns. Perfect for the contemporary woman.

MIMI Tran

Gives the classic black, or white dress a romanticized edge with laced details and sheer and jacquard accents into a luxe direction with textural fabrications.
