Spring Cleaning the Textured Black & White

Hey, fashion lovies!  I hope you all are having a pleasant and relaxing weekend.  But for me, it’s time to play catch up.  More so, some “Spring cleaning” and what I mean by that is sharing the looks from the near-end winter season.  Outfits I didn’t get a chance to post but they go right into Spring looks as well.  So without further a due. Let’s get started!

Spring Cleaning

If you are wondering where these pictures were taken, it was at Macy’s on 34th street.  There was Michael Kors event going on and after the festivities ended, we just decided to snap a few photos.  Wore one of my favorite sweaters, due to the bulbous feature on the upper part of the sleeve instead at the cuffs.  Paired with my skinny white jeans and black thigh high boots and of course layered it with this textured coat.  (You already know how much I love thigh high boots).  This is another favorite coat of mines because it adds texture to everything I wear.  Since I wasn’t in a mood for an actually necklace, I pinned a standalone brooch to add a touch of elegance.  Last but not least, I threw on a black rimmed hat and black/cognac satchel bag to finish the look.

Yeah…don’t ask (LOL). At least, in the prior mannequin photo, I was smiling.  Then I decided not to smile in this one.  I couldn’t help myself and this isn’t the first time I have mimicked a mannequin too. Don’t mind me there, just continue reading.  Carry on.
