Happy Hump Day! The weather has been beautiful these past few days; a little hot for me but still nice. So, I was brought to a place near Washington Square Park called Washington Mews. It was a beautiful area that was a part of the NYU campus. The gated area somewhat reminded me of cottage houses from a fairy tale but more modern which is why it was a perfect fit for my look.
The main focus of my look was the bohemian skirt. I enjoy soft silhouettes, (especially when I strutting down the runway) because of their flowiness. The skirt also was worn higher on the waist so it was important to maintain volume control. I opted for a fitted cami and vest paired with the blazer while “coat slinging. The razor cut wedges brought some edginess. I also wanted to maintain the cool contrasts with the hat and wedges along with the vest and skirt but with a splash of color.
