Happy Monday! I hope you had an awesome weekend! Last week I went to a fashion and film professionals networking event and connected with some great people, had a great time; pow. So here’s the thing. This was never my vision of the look I was going for in the first place. It was close enough but it turned out even better. After rushing home and contemplating what I was going to wear for the event, I needed something quick; pretty simple, chic, light but still spoke volumes. What I originally had in mind was a H&M airy and soft silhouette cardigan with an ombre fade layered over a pair of faux leather leggings. Unfortunately, they were nowhere to be found so I had to drop that option. Then, I remembered I had a JustFab black jumpsuit! DUH! Throw the cardigan over it and paired it with Aldo knee-high boots. Voila! Delicate with a stylish edge. I accented my look with a Forever 21 geometrical statement necklace and a Nasty Gal belt. There is nothing like a good ol’ go to black Armani Exchange satchel bag that goes perfect with almost anything. Thank you reading and happy styling!
