Street Art & Earthy Tones

Happy Monday! I am sure everyone enjoyed their 4th of July weekend. Fireworks and such. If you noticed, the last couple of posts that I did were a 4th of July inspired outfits and I really liked how they took hold in completion. So for this look, I went for an earthy and edgy approach but with a touch of softness.

I started out with a Charlotte Russe art inspired silhouette tank with an edgy vibe. It has large arm cut outs so of course, whatever you are wearing under this top will definitely be showing. Then layered it with an earthy green Armani Exchange cardigan. It is also a nice silk silhouette lavishly embellished with gold tone zippers and buckles.

We have a little peek – a- boo slit effect on the back of the cardigan. I, then paired it with Forever 21 short shorts or if you want to refer to them as “booty or poom poom shorts”. Whatever to your likely. Short shorts are a perfect staple for those of you want to elongate your legs if they are short. The next earthy tone that I added to the mix were the black Bakers skeletal wedges. They are edgy, dressy and transitions the size of your feet to a smaller appearance.

Here is another feature to the shirt; horizontal cut outs rippling down in a upside-down triangular form. I find this top to be pretty architectural in it’s own right.

“AAAAhhh” the last piece to the puzzle is that Just Fab blush rose bag enhancing the ensemble with a soft shade. The olive-green and a blush rosy pink are shades that compliment each other very well.  I love, love the textural structuring of the design because lazor cuts are always fun pieces to play around with. Last but not least, the Coach aviator sunglasses with a bloom of dark animal prints.

Thank you for reading! Happy styling and peace out!
