Once again…Happy Thursday! I hope everyone is enjoying their week so far. The weekend is almost here and there are going to be some big plans. I can’t wait!
I went to an Italian magazine launch party at the Gansevoort Park Rooftop lounge. With one of my favorite fashion staples, menswear inspired pieces, the Boyfriend Blazer has come into play once again. The composition of my ensemble is a practical girly twist on an inspired look. Traditionally, a button down shirt and a clean cut, structured blazer constitutes as a menswear look. But instead of going with the usual, I decided to throw on a button down knot tie shirt which put a feminine twist on the entire look. I paired it with black leggings and endowed metal studded flats. Update a laidback and edgy look with a blazer to create a classier look. You can never go wrong with black legging because they go with anything and everything. I prefer leather like or pleather leggings because it adds more pop to an outfit than a regular pair of black leggings. The Peyton Embossed Patent Frame bag is one of my favorites because it’s also shiny, spacious and classy. If you want more splash of color, just add a cohesive multi-patterned scarf for a dynamic fun look. Thank you for reading and happy styling!
