Lines of Fuschia, the Forgotten Skirt

Happy Saturday everyone! I hope you enjoyed your week as much as I did! Well maybe not as much….the point is I hope you didn’t do anything that I wouldn’t do. (Hehe). Aside from that, thank goodness the weekend is here even though I have a long day ahead of me. But on the bright side, at least it’s something I enjoy and love doing. Modeling, duh. Let’s get to work. So the biggest focus here is the statement skirt, not mention this was the first time I had ever wore the skirt. Mind you, I bought this over 1.5 to 2 years ago. Don’t ask me why. All that matter is that I finally wore it. 🙂

It’s easy to pair a collared shirt and skirt which is perfect for the office (I am totally burning up here as I am writing this) but I wanted to avoid the office appeal. Instead of a solid color, Charlotte Russe a body-con pencil skirt was perfect for a day or night on the town and pairing it with a Myth NYC neutral white collared top for structure. I just love the fuschia colored panels on skirt. I added the belt and some Mandee studded ankle strap pumps for a little more spunk to the ensemble and of course topped off it off with a H&M statement necklace for a nice feminine flowery touch. The Armani Exchange satchel bag is my go – to bag for almost any outfit or occasion. What kind of look including a pencil skirt can you pull off without it having with an office appeal? Thank you for reading and I look forward to your comments!
