On a rainy day I did a little shopping at four sample sales and bought a few fall items which I cannot wait to wear. This was my first time actually wearing short with leggings. I really liked how the outfit turned out. I layered the outfit with a couple of textures as the fringes of the shorts (Foxy Lady) and the obvious handkerchief print blouse (Nasty Gal) with the scarf (Armani Exchange) which gave the outfit a pop of color. The scarf was actually textured as well with circular prints. I originally had a blue textured scarf with the outfit but decided to change it because I like to create very much contrast in between my color placements. Although I do enjoy color matching in my attire, I find it more fun and challenging color blocking pieces that will become cohesive with each other. All in the end, an olive-green trench coat (Beretta)to perfect the look and horse riding like burgundy boots (Naturalizer) to make it more playful. Thanks for reading and share your thoughts with me!
